Beth El, The Beaches' Synagogue

It is common knowledge, since the demographic study results came out, that the area of great Jewish growth is at
the beaches. About a dozen years ago the Jews who were already at the beaches banded together to create Beth El
- a house for the People of God at the beaches. In May of 2004 we finally finished building and dedicated our inspiring
new facilities.
Beth El Beaches is affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism and is an egalitarian congregation
serving all Jews who wish to be a part of the synagogue family. Our mission statement reads, "Education for
all Ages; Social and Spiritual center for the Beaches Jewish Community; Increase membership and participation;
Financial security for current and future expansion; Providing all that is expected from a 'full service' synagogue."
We are proud to serve the beaches community's needs with regular services both on Friday nights and on Shabbat
mornings. We offer schooling for children from pre-kindergarten to Bar/Bat-Mitzvah age, and fellowship for all
who wish to join with us.
