Foundation’s board is comprised of At Large members and those who represent Foundation partner organizations. Those who represent our synagogues and agencies function as liaisons between the organizations they represent and Foundation and serve a valuable communication function between the two.

We would like to thank the following representatives and at large members of the board for their service. Through their engagement with our synagogues, agencies, and Foundation, they are actively leading the way toward securing the future of our Jewish community.

JEWISH EDUCATION GRANT

Martin J. Gottlieb Day School has been awarded a $300,000 tuition incentive grant by philanthropic local donors. Named Leadership Investment For Tomorrow (LIFT), by the donors inspired to make the grant, this program ensures that families interested in a day school education for their children have the added benefit of funding incentives.

Jewish families with Kindergarten and First Grade children entering MJGDS may request incentive grants up to $2,000 and $3,000 respectively, with no needs test required!

Funds for the LIFT program will be invested with the Jacksonville Jewish Foundation. "Many individuals feel strongly in the need for a Jewish Day School education for our children,' said Paulette Keifer, Foundation Executive Director. 'Interested individuals now have an opportunity to make contributions to this important fund to ensure that the LIFT program continues beyond its three-year term."

"Our children are the future leaders of this community,' said Keifer, 'A quality Jewish Day School education not only ensures that our children are adequately equipped to lead; it also ensures the future of this Jewish community."

Contact the Martin J. Gottlieb Day School for additional information about how you may benefit from this exciting opportunity. Call Paulette Keifer 394-0720 to discuss how you can ensure the future of this important Jewish day school education program. Give generously to support Jewish education… for the future.
